I have been following the news about the unrest in Tibet and every new story and picture that comes in leaves me speechless. Here in America our sacrifices seem quite trivial when compared to the problems of others on a global scale.
At this moment people are dying for what they believe in.

With that being said, I feel it necessary to remove from my gallery a painting of the Chinese flag that I've done. Although I have explained my reasons and intentions for painting it in the first place, (previous journal entry) out of respect for those who are protesting and those who have died, I have chosen to remove it.

I hope a peaceful resolution can be achieved.
